After studying mathematics in Darmstadt, Dr Stefan Rettig graduated with a dissertation before becoming Head of the Data Management and Statistics department and shortly afterwards Managing Director of the largest Contract Research Organization for Germany and Switzerland. His responsibilities also included the inclusion of other companies in the organization and ensuring the successful development on the market . Further management positions followed before he founded the first company - together with Jana Brardt-Penzel - in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in 2004. In 2011, Dr. Stefan Rettig became the Founder, Owner, and Managing Director of the Heidelberg-based TriologieGroup along with Jana Brardt-Penzel. His core competences lie in corporate management in the areas of finance and the management of infrastructural aspects. In the field of clinical development, he has extensive knowledge and many years of experience in managing development programs at Biotech companies and in the Pharma industry.

Following her graduation and her specialization in the field of microbiology, Jana Brardt-Penzel was able to start gaining experience as a Clinical Research Associate in the largest Contract Research Organization in various indications at an early stage before she was appointed to national and international project management role. Professional, high-quality support within the requirements of phase I to IV clinical trials for a wide range of indications and reliable guidance for new developments are her trademarks. She founded her first company, based in Frankfurt am Main, with Dr. Stefan Rettig in 2004, before establishing the TriologieGroup of companies on the market with him as Owner and Managing Director in 2011. All companies are specialised service providers in the field of clinical development for Pharma and Biotech companies. Jana Brardt-Penzel has a verifiable track record of providing regulatory support, exceptional project management and training/motivation of trial sites not only to ensure patient recruitment during the defined period.

During studying Biology at the Justus-Liebig University in Giessen, Dr. Andreas Berk had his first insights of clinical development while characterizing a potential investigational drug during pre-clinical investigations as part of his dissertation.

Thereafter he learned clinical research from the basis when he went through different CRA stages during three years in world largest Contract Research Organization. After first project management steps in Biosimilar area he enhanced his project management knowledge by leading large national and international trials in various indications with investigational drugs during his employ ship at ClinTriCare GmbH & Co. KG.

With the beginning of his work for Innovation Triologie GmbH & Co. KG, he additionally supported a CRO with developing and maintaining of the SOP landscape, but also was regularly consulted by Pharma companies and Investigators to support in various areas of their clinical development programs from outsourcing support and strategic setting the course to inspection readiness tasks and risk management. 

Since July 1, 2024 he is promoted as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director for InnovationTriologie.

Robert Kindervater laid the foundation for his professional development after successfully completing his degree in banking business administration in Frankfurt in 2014. Since then, he has continued his education and gained extensive experience in various areas of the financial sector. With his expertise and commitment, he offers his clients customized solutions and expert advice. His professional journey began with a solid education and was deepened through further training and years of practical experience. Robert Kindervater is characterized by outstanding analytical thinking. He has been part of BusinessTriologie as Director Business Affairs since 2016. His core competences are primarily in the areas of financial and human resources management as well as corporate development.
